The Gold Room

With its rich yellow walls and plush blue carpet, the Gold Room is desired by miners and sophisticated travellers alike. This second-floor room in the northwest corner of the building boasts a spectacular view of historic Paradise Alley, but you’ll likely be distracted by the room’s piece de resistance, a slipper-back clawfoot tub. Named for its resemblance to a lady’s shoe, one end of this tub features higher walls to ensure comfort when reclining in a hot bath, making it the perfect way to end a day of exploration.
